Service Transfer Guide
Important Information About Game Data Transfer Requests
  • You cannot transfer your game data after the game data transfer period has ended. All untransferred game data will be permanently deleted at a certain time in the future. The specific date and timing will be announced in the future in a separate post.
  • After December 1, 2021, you cannot play ArcheAge & ArcheAge: Unchained using a Gamigo account. You can only play after transferring your game data to a Kakao Games account.
  • Kakao Games is not responsible for any issues that occur due to not requesting to transfer your game data. Kakao Games will not provide any support for players who do not complete their game data transfer request before the deadline (the deadline will be announced separately).
  • Gamigo Credits will also be transferred, and will be transferred to one region of your choice (NA or EU). Once your Credit(s) have been transferred to a certain region, it cannot be transferred to the other region.
  • Though you can cancel the transfer request while your transfer request has been completed, it cannot be canceled once the data has been transferred. You can check out the transfer status at the APPLY FOR TRANSFER page.
  • You cannot create an account and transfer your game data if you do not agree to Kakao Games’ Privacy Policy & GENERAL TERMS OF USE KAKAO GAMES EUROPE.

Caution
  • You can obtain the ArcheAge and ArcheAge: Unchained account transfer reward from the Marketplace in the game. The free reward is limited to one per account.
  • However, to get your reward from the Transfer Reward Crate, you need to have the Transfer Reward Key. The Transfer Reward Key is only sent to the in-game mailbox of those who transferred their accounts.
  • The Transfer Reward Crate will be available for free until further notice.
  • Please note that all reward crates cannot be restored if they are destroyed.
  • The Transfer Reward Crate can only be obtained for free from the merged servers (ArcheAge NA: Ospheros, ArcheAge: Unchained NA: Kraken, ArcheAge EU: Leviathan, ArcheAge: Unchained EU: Ardenla).
  • This event reward crate can only be used on characters that are Lv55 or higher. (Please make sure to check if you have enough space inside your Bag before you open the crate.)
  • All event items are permanently bound upon acquiring them and cannot be reverted. (However, Icon Swap Certificates can be traded.)
  • All events follow the rules and guidelines of Kakao Games Europe's Terms of Use.

Archeage Service Transfer Notice
On behalf of Kakao Games, we welcome all who are joining as a new era begins in ArcheAge. From December 2nd, ArcheAge will be brought to you by Kakao Games. In order to continue playing the game, your game data must be transferred to a Kakao Games, which can only be done using the transfer code Gamigo provided to you. You can complete your transfer on this page. For a detailed overview of the consequences of the transfer, please read the game data transfer application announcement. The announcement can be found online here: [https://kg.games/AAUNews].

Once you enter your transfer code on this page and the game data is transferred, Kakao Games shall be responsible for offering the service to you.

ArcheAge, the service model will be Free to Play model same as before but Archeage: Unchained, the service model will be changed to a subscription model that requires you to purchase a period pass. The monthly subscription will be set at 9.99 $ for 30 days. A discount can be obtained by purchasing longer periods. In addition, who paid for either the original purchase or for DLC, will be compensated with free time to the equivalent value as below.

Garden DLC players - 30 Days Gunslinger
DLC players - 60 Days

The compensation is cumulative, meaning a maximum of 150 days will be awarded to everyone who purchased all DLC. Please note that the above compensation reflects the value of the DLC and not additional bonus items that were included in bundles. Gunslinger DLC includes compensation for the server access tickets that were included in the DLC. All players will receive a 14-day free trial, meaning up to 164 days of free time in total. All ArcheAge:Unchained players can continue to play their version of ArcheAge for free for the period provided as above. Upon completion of the period provided above, Kakao Games will offer you the choice to continue playing ArcheAge Unchained on the basis of a monthly subscription service model. If you wish to continue your subscription, further personal data necessary for, e.g. invoicing and payments will be requested at that time. For more information about the applicable terms and how Kakao Games collects and processes your personal information please refer to the applicable terms of service and the privacy statement.

On this page you can enter your unique transfer code, which allows Kakao Games to link your individual game data from ArcheAge to your Kakao Games account. When you enter your transfer code, your individual game data for ArcheAge will transfer to Kakao Games and you can continue playing ArcheAge.
