Missing Items
Our aim was to provide a smooth transition during the data transfer process. Regretfully, there were a number of areas where we failed to achieve that. One of these was the removal of certain items without providing adequate replacements. We know that in some cases these were hard to obtain and had great personal value to you. So, after a long process of gathering the details of each affected item and preparing the distribution, we’re now able to replace them for you.
This process was complicated, however, it took far too long and we apologise both for the initial disruption this caused to your enjoyment of ArcheAge and the time it took us to reach this conclusion.
We also know that the solution is not perfect as it was not possible for us to recover some items in their exact previous state. To compensate for this, we’ve also included the following:
Bound Serendipity Stone x 2
Bound Lunagem Crate x 3
Reparation Crate x 5
We aim to do better at providing a smoother service and respond to any issues that arise much more rapidly.

Dance: Cypress Step: In order to compensate you for the non-functioning MarketPlace item, everyone who purchased this will receive a full refund on their credits during the next maintenance. The item is also removed from the Marketplace.
Dawnleaf
Dawnleaf Sapling: An imbalance on the rewards of this item meant it was necessary to remove it from the game. Any remaining items have been removed and the loyalty spent will be refunded during the next maintenance. If the Sapling was already in use it will remain untouched.
