After the success of the ArcheAge Unchained Fresh Start server that was opened up in September, we’ve been considering opening up that experience to players on ArcheAge. We understand that the desires and expectations of the two versions of the game are different, so we’re looking to make adjustments to the specifications in order to offer something new. In addition to extensive boosts to enable you to progress efficiently, the core focus would be on the conflict between Nuia and Haranya. So, to make this possible, the Pirate faction would be disabled.
We’ve been carefully going over feedback from you, especially when it comes to progression and we’re making plans to ease the gap between new and established players so that end-game content is more accessible and PvP battles are more active and more evenly matched.
We will release more details over the coming weeks so that we have time to hear your feedback and take it into consideration as we finalize our plans. To kick that off, we will be releasing a quick survey in-game from Nov 3rd (after maintenance) which will last for one week. To participate in the survey, you can also participate through the [Survey] tab that was added to the [Daily Schedule] menu. Please check out the screenshots below for the details.
