We’d like to introduce additional services now available for the ArcheAge and ArcheAge: Unchained games.*
Character Server Transfer Tickets and Character Name Change Tickets are now available on our website.
* Transfers are currently only available from previous Fresh Start Servers to Current Evo Servers (eg. Nehliya to Ardenia)
How To Transfer Server:
1: Go the Server Transfer page for your respective game. (Here for ArcheAge, Here for Unchained)
2: Select Buy Now
3: Confirm the character you want to transfer and select Next
3a: Note that transfers are currently only available from Previous Fresh Starts to Evo servers.
3b: If you receive the error message Transfer cannot be completed because there is no server available this means that the server/faction you are attempting to transfer to is currently considered “Strong” and cannot receive more members OR the respective server chosen cannot be transferred out of for the time being.
4: The transfer will take some minutes to confirm, once completed you can log into the game!
Notes:
- You can check the status of your server transfer from [MY ACCOUNT > ORDERS] after 5 minutes or less.
- Your payment will be automatically canceled if your purchase or transfer is unsuccessful.
- When you first log in after a transfer, you will begin at your Race starting point. This may mean that an exiled Firran will log in at the Falcorth Plains starting point despite being Nuia Alliance.

How To Change your Character’s Name
1: Go to the Name Change page for your respective game. (Here for ArcheAge, Here for Unchained)
2: Select Buy Now
3: Confirm the character you want to change the name of and select Next
4: Enter the new name and select Check to ensure the name is not already taken.
5: Read through the Terms and agree to them.
6: Select Pay Now
7: It may take some minutes before the name change is complete, once complete you can log into the game!
Notes:
- You can only change a character's name once every 15 days.
- After the character name change is complete, the previous character name cannot be used for 180 days (6 months), after that, anyone can use it.
